WHAT IS INVOLVED WITH A DIY KIT?
A ducted kit is not a ‘one kit does all’ arrangement.
What is meant by a DIY Kit is that a system is designed to suit your house and available to purchase as a kit.
Just follow these steps:
- Find or draw a floor plan of the home to be heated or cooled, (you will need to include the room measurements, window locations and ceiling heights)
- Either email, sales@southsidehc.com.au, fax (03) 59787906 or 1585 Dandenong Hastings Road, Langwarrin 3910
- Our technical department will draw a complimentary, color coded plan of ductwork, return air location and unit location (as per attachment 1). They will also size the unit and provide any available options, (eg zone requirements or special vent requirements)
- Once the design has been finalized we then will prepare a price on the components your kit requires (kit list enclosed)
- We will then contact you to arrange return of your new ducted heating plans and kit price.
